An early concept for a show that was binned before it even started; "Newsline".
There was barely a brief, all I knew was that the show wasn't going to be overproduced because of it's early air time and the focus was on what was relevant that day in a short bulletin style, mixed with specialist interviews and live correspondent pieces.
The concept was a "News Data Heart"; all the various newsroom departments feeding into a core to produce the resulting output.
